A little extra stuff..

Sometimes being in a large group and attracting friends from all over can be a bit daunting. If you just remember to live the best you can each day and try to see a light of positiveness in anything that happens, even if it upsets you. You will find that your day will not seem as bad as you initially thought.. And remember, even a fake smile releases endorphins
